1. Every Chili Contestant must read, review, and agree in writing to follow these rules and safety regulations.
2. Space is limited to 15 contestants. You may only sign up once.
3. Each Contestant should prepare enough chili for a crowd.
4. The chili must be cooked in advance and brought in a hot and ready-to-eat state (Crockpot).
5. All chili must be homemade.
6. Please include an allergen list. The eight major allergens are milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, and soybeans.
7. Each station will have a ballot bag for participants to drop off their vote tickets, allowing them to select their favorite chili.
8. Contestants must arrive between noon & 1:00 PM.

What we provide:

1. Table space and covering.
2. Tasting cups, spoons, and napkins.
3. Guest voting bag.

What you need to bring:

1. Chili, of course.
2. Any accompaniments you desire (cheese, onions, etc.), but only enough to fit in front of your Crockpot.
3. List of allergens, if any.

JUDGING
Each guest receives a complimentary judging ticket. Each beer sold receives an additional judging ticket to vote.

PRIZES
The Grand Prize Winner receives a $50 Gift Certificate and ALL the bragging rights.
